Chicken with Caramelized Onion and Garlic Pizza
Ingredients
1 Boboli shell
3 boneless chicken thighs or 1
large breast
1 large onion, peeled and in
rings
1/4 cup peeled
garlic cloves
1/2 to 3/4 cup plum sauce*
2 tablespoons olive oil
Garli Garni
Directions
In a large skillet, heat
olive oil over medium heat.
Add garlic cloves and cook
until they start to turn a
tan color. Add onions
and cook slowly until they
turn brown and begin to
caramelize. Remove
from skillet and set aside.
Season chicken with Garli
Garni and sauté in the
skillet until cooked
through. Set aside.
Spread plum sauce over
Boboli shell. Cut
chicken into strips. Spread
onion, garlic, and chicken
over shell. Follow
baking instructions on the
Boboli package and heat
until shell is done.
Christopher Ranch Roasted
Garlic may be used in place
of fresh garlic.
