Killer Ribs
Ingredients
Baby
back pork ribs (enough for everyone in your group)
1
bottle
Grill and Marinade Sauce
1
bottle
Lemon Garli Garni
1
beer or cup of wine
1 hot
BBQ
Directions Unwrap ribs and rinse. Totally and thoroughly, coat ribs with
Lemon Garli Garni. Place on medium hot grill and cook S L O W L Y. Baste occasionally with
Grill and Marinade Sauce. Continue cooking S L O W L Y while you enjoy your cup of wine or beer. Serve on your picnic table with a big potato salad, BBQ beans, French bread and lots of napkins! Our friend Judy Brunner discovered this recipe accidentally while we were camping at a local reservoir one year during the 4th of July holiday. It is terrific and timely as it is almost always BBQ season here in Gilroy!
