I was so bummed when this product was discontinued as "Mop Sauce" as it was one of my favorites. I grabbed all the stained and scratched labeled bottles out of the warehouse to stock up. Apparently a number of others were disappointed too because the outcry was great and we brought it back with its new name. SAME delicious product though, great for marinading and sautéeing. I have even used it as salad dressing in a pinch. ~ Heather
